1975 

The unit was founded by Mr.S.B.Chanda for indigenous manufacture of precision mechanical components of Diesel Shunting Locos manufactured by Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, Indian Railways. 

Subsequently the spares such as Engine Governors, Engine Control Devices, Engine Lubrication system, spares for pneumatic Brake components etc were also supplied to user Railways. Till date the same spares are being supplied to different Railway Units such as Northern Railway, Western Railway, Central Railway, Southern Railway and South Eastern Railway. 

1983 

The unit was awarded " DEEMED EXPORT " financial benefit by Ministry of Commerce , Govt of India. 

1986 

The firm supplied different types of Earthing Switches and Earthing Brushes for Electric Locomotives. 

1987 

The unit was again awarded " DEEMED EXPORT " financial benefit by Ministry of Commerce, Govt of India. 

1993 

The firm achieved registration for the supply of critical components for Vehicles, Armaments and Navy. 

Till date the firm has supplied spares for the Bofors Gun, Battle Tanks such as T 55, T 72, Special Vehicles such as SCANIA, KRZ etc. 

1997 

The unit took a giant leap forward by accepting the challenge of successfully developing and supplying major electrical components such as Earthing Equipments, Spring Loaded Switches etc for the 3 Phase Electric Locomotive manufactured by Chittarnajan Locomotive Works in collaboration with ABB, Switzerland. 

2001 

The new millennium brought another challenge of indigenously developing critical Electrical components for ALSTOM LHB Coaches manufactured by Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, Indian Railways. 

The challenge was accepted and the firm successfully developed Earthing Equipments and Inter Vehicle Couplers. 

2003 

The relentless persuation towards Total Quality Control since its inception resulted in ISO:9001:2000 registration.
